We had a great time. We got to see more than we expected enjoyed it so much. I wish we could have known what state we were in and when we crossed the borders. wish we had had more time in the gift shops. Gettysburg was so big it would have taken all day to see it all.

We were a little disappointed with the trip tour guide Ron. He may be getting too old for this position. He repeated jokes and stories from day to day. He used some inappropriate sexual jokes that were offensive to many ( as discussed among riders during dinner). He made political remarks that were not appropriate for mixed parties on board. He should not talk political partisan. Many of his stories contained inaccurate facts He was constantly using his girlfriend as a butt of his humor. Women did not like that. Ron is a good person but we believe it's time for him to retire. The Driver was great in every faucet of his duties. One thing that needs to be enforced is no speaker allowed on cell.phones.( no one cares to listen to a 20 minute conversation between Grandma and her 5 year old grand). The trip venue and accomodations were excellent! Thanks for the opportunity to critique this trip to Niagara Falls.

It was a good trip. Nice people, nice attractions, good meals. All of the step-on guides were excellent. The group was slow in getting off the bus most of the time, so it delayed the time we had at some attractions. Our driver, Josh, is excellent. But the bus itself was not one of the better coaches I have been on. The seats were a little tight. And the smell in the restroom was terrible. But overall, I enjoyed the trip, and it was well worth my time and money.

great trip with these exceptions: return to NEWTON buses, more comfortable, trays and pocket holder on backs of seats ahead of you, no place to put drink, etc. also bathroom was terrible smell especially for people in back of bus; SUNDAY NIGHT 10/16 checked into hotel and eat on your own, however, restaurants across a busy highway, and several blocks from hotel; organize planned restaurant for all to go on bus, (we had 4 people on walkers); Thursday was TOO LONG didn't get to hotel until 9:30 p.m., TO MUCH PLANNED FOR ONE DAY; BUS DRIVER, JOSH GETS A 10 +, VERY GOOD; RONNIE AND ANNIE CONTINUE TO DO GREAT JOB. The trip was fantastic. Seeing and experiencing the Falls was amazing. My least favorite trip was to Toronto because of the traffic and all road construction. Boat cruise was nice. All of the tour guides were fantastic. The bus itself could have been better. Example cup holders! Josh our driver was the BEST! Can’t wait for next trip.
